We’re hoping for blue skies for our concert day, Sunday, May 1st at 3:00 p.m. at the Lexington Opera House. That would be a perfect setting for our blue-hued concert! There will be “blue”-themed music by Leroy Anderson, Ralph Hultgren, John Philip Sousa, and Frank Ticheli, all leading up to our centerpiece, George Gershwin’s beloved “Rhapsody in Blue,” featuring special guest Dr. Gregory Partain as piano soloist. Rain or shine, it will be a special afternoon of music-making, and even more special if you are with us! Admission is free, as always, and donations will be gratefully accepted. Please join us!
